We use industry-leading technologies and processes to build a successful website that combines good customer experience, aesthetically pleasing design, clear ‘calls to action’, and performance in search.
Now Storage
User focused
It’s all about knowing what your customers want and need and then exceeding these expectations . What causes your customer to buy, what are their pain points, how can you solve their problems? These are some of the questions we explore when defining who your customers are, so that we can create something that has that wow factor and delight. Your website is often the first touch point for your brand so make sure it’s relevant and personal.
Commercially driven
Sales, bookings, signups, downloads, shares, enquiries and good old fashioned telephone calls. The commercial outcomes for every website vary, but these are at the heart of every project. Clearly defined user journeys, goals and intelligent automated marketing help ensure your commercial outcomes are achieved. We want to make sure your website adds real value to your bottom line.
Beautifully designed
You’ve got about 3 seconds to convince your customer that they shouldn’t click the back button, but we do more than that. Design is much more than how something looks. We understand that a successful website combines good customer centric content, aesthetically pleasing design, beautiful photography, intuitive navigation and a series of clear ‘calls to action’.
Expertly delivered
With literally hundreds of successful projects under our belts, we’ve carefully refined the website building process to a smooth and enjoyable journey for both ourselves and our clients. All website builds are expertly managed by our project manager and delivered by our team of designers, content creators and developers.
It was clear from our discussions with POWERbreathe that their website was holding them back. With a class-leading brand and wide recognition within the marketplace, the website was underperforming. We redeveloped the site in a mobile-first format, introducing a clearer user journey and content that was evidence-led.
We needed a website that catered to several markets, appeared authoritative yet had an energetic feel. Ease of navigation was important for users to find research and for eCommerce. Auburn provided this along with continued support and recommendations for improving our rankings.
Working closely with the team at Now Storage we built a new website, a sales funnel to capture new leads and enquiries and a geo-targeted digital marketing campaign to drive local customers to their different locations.
We’ve worked with Auburn for the last 10 years. The partnership has been key to the growth of our business.
Helped us make the right decisions with our digital marketing and websites and I’d strongly recommend anyone in the self-storage sector speak to them
When we first started working with RNA they were not ranking well for many of their key phrases. Now, they are ranking No.1 Globally for several of the top key terms in their sector.
We’ve worked with Auburn for over 7 years and they have helped us achieve some very good results from Google, not to mention an increase of 20% traffic since last year and the fact that ‘bowl feeders’ as a term is now showing as No.1 in Google.com
The solution included a much more flexible content management system with multi-level access for different stakeholders – including administrators at over 2500 clubs. Devolving the requirement to clubs to keep their information updated has reduced the administration burden massively with the head office.
Auburn has understood our requirements from the outset and delivered a fantastic new website within a tight timescale. The back office is simple to use with very little technical knowledge required, support since go-live has been excellent and we’re already seeing a great saving in time that has allowed us to focus on other work areas.
– Alistair Hollis, Bowls England
With young people at the very heart, Playbox is working hard to ensure that it continues to connect, communicate, inspire and engage with its many audiences. At the centre of this is their website and digital presence and we knew that the new site had to deliver on so many different levels.
Auburn’s drive to create a website that would reflect the energy, enthusiasm and passion of our company was superb, and as our relationship moves forward, now that the site is live, we look forward to building our company more and more.
– Playbox Theatre
We know a smooth mobile user journey is always critical to success with self-storage clients. We dropped online quotes into a sales funnel for automated and personalised email follow-up and assist the journey from quoting through to reservation.
Auburn has been instrumental in helping us develop our digital strategy. Their knowledge of the self-storage industry has been a huge advantage and has informed many of the decisions we’ve made when creating digital marketing campaigns and developing our website.

We worked closely with Gumleaf, putting in metrics to track sales and measure campaign performance. Quite quickly the client was able to see a good return on investment and then increased the spend. The main bottleneck now is getting the factory to increase output so the customer demand can be fulfilled.
Since working with Auburn, we’ve seen a real uplift in sales, our main issue now is making sure we can supply the demand. We’ve got good visibility on how much it costs to generate a sale and how to drive them and with all this unpredictable weather, it’s just a matter of packaging them up as they are flying out the door!
– Guy Minshull, Owner
Operating in a competitive market, Elastic Mint’s main differentiation is how they do things. This resonated with us at Auburn as doing quality work that is reliable and sustainable is important to us as well.
Sales and marketing manager Julian, expertly crafts engaging content, so he needed a versatile and flexible website that would give a compelling mobile experience to the customer but was also easy to edit for his team. The answer came in the form of a unique new design and a bespoke WordPress theme.
Auburn grasped what we needed immediately and really brought our brand values to life, in a way we could never have done by ourselves.
– Julian Ferguson, Sales Manager
The name Environ, posed some issues because there are a number of brands that use this name in their products, so differentiating their brand from others was key. A brand new WordPress website was designed and built, as well as an ongoing SEO campaign to further boost rankings and help the brand stay head and shoulders above the competition.
We’ve been with Auburn for 15 years, and they have been a great company to work with. The latest re-development of our website didn’t disappoint us either, it’s much slicker, easier to manage and the SEO campaign is yielding results in the way of extra enquiries.
-Simon Parker, Director
The concept was to work with automotive brokers and leasing firms to help them add extra value to their customers by providing a service to ‘look after their car’. The concept was set, we had a brainstorming session and came up with the name ‘Look After My Car’.
Auburn very quickly picked up the project and understood the brief. We’ve been delighted with the insight and creativity they have brought to the table. We’ve seen an excellent take-up, with over 13,000 customers now signed up for the scheme.
– Stephen Emery, Digital Marketing Manager
Following a complete rebrand, GTH asked Auburn to create and build a new responsive site to roll out the new brand, with the specific remit to showcase their refurbishment projects more effectively. We developed a fresh, impactful and responsive website ensuring visitors across all devices have a consistent user experience
Our new website is fantastic! Auburn’s team were able to interpret our instructions and managed to capture exactly the fresh and modern image we were looking for. What was initially a daunting prospect turned into an enjoyable and successful experience.
– Clare Hibberd, Finance Director
Squab Hall Farm is a large arable farm based in Leamington Spa. Farm Manager Rob Fox, approached us to see if we could help him create more visibility and local awareness for how the farm runs and contributes to the local community and economy.
Auburn’s ideas and passion were evident from the first meeting. Their enthusiasm, planning and creativity were not hindered by anything (even our modest budget) and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result.
– Rob Fox, Farm Manager
