It’s business as normal – COVID – 19

We would like to reassure all of Auburn’s customers that we have all the systems and plans in place to continue providing our services as normal throughout this challenging time dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak.
We are encouraging our team to work from home and have reduced both external and office visits so to reduce the potential for contracting and spreading this virus. We have no recorded cases as yet.
The Auburn team already have the capability to work remotely meaning it’s business as usual. All our software and databases are cloud-based and can be accessed securely from any location. Phone calls to the regular office numbers will be redirected and all team members will also be available via email.
We’re confident that interruption to our service commitments will be minimal, if any at all. We are readily able to conduct face-to-face meetings via video conference where required.
Whilst at the moment we remain unaffected, we’re doing all we can to keep our team and customers safe.
