The client brief

Willows Activity Farm is one of the leading family attractions in Hertfordshire, with over 450,000 visitors a year. The venue required an up to date digital presence and marketing strategy to ensure maximum reach and engagement with the aim of driving greater footfall.

Our solution

We’ve been working with Willows for over 10 years now and we launched the latest site in 2015. With an entirely consumer based audience we took a mobile first approach, developing a fully responsive website, integrating it with Digitickets, an ecommerce ticketing service. On the marketing side we work closely with their marketing department, developing content, building links and improving their organic search positions. We also manage the design and broadcasting of their email campaigns.
